Wasps In The Blue Bird House

Does anyone have a tip on how to keep wasps out of blue bird houses? They are so bad this year that they keeping the birds away from the boxes. I'm afraid to put any kind of repellant in the box because I would think that will also keep the birds away. Any suggestions?

I would have said to have them sprayed but you are right it might deter the birds from coming too. I don't know how to keep them out without keeping the birds out too. Perhaps you can google it and find some great info online?
