    Summer Cooking

It has been so hot here and it is only supposed to get hotter. What kinds of things do you cook in the summer when it is this hot? The only thing I can think of it salads to cook, does anyone have anymore ideas?

I don't really change my cooking habits too much in the summer - I actually just cook right on through the heat. Yes, sweat is running down my face but I am so used to that I don't think much about it.

We grill out all the time. We can make a whole meal on the grill - from potatoes to veggies and the meat. We usually won't start cooking until about 7 so it's a bit cooler. You can also make a lot of things in a slow cooker or crock pot. They don't put off much heat or take a lot of work.
