I so want one of these! I know it would save me a ton of money and the food was stay a lot more fresh. What brand is yours and where did you get it? Is it easy to find the bags or do you have to get them online?
We bought one for our youngest daughter and her husband a couple of years ago and they use it a lot. But because of limited kitchen counter space, and limited need, we use the Ziplock Vacuum bags; not quite as good as the food saver, but certainly better than just regular Ziplock bags.
Colbe- I bought my food saver at Bed, Bath, and Beyond FoodSaver® Vacuum Sealer - Chrome - Bed Bath & Beyond is the link. The storage bags I find their, Meijer, Walmart, if a really good deal on eBay so pretty easy to find them! The brand is FoodSaver.
