I love making things from wood. I've made a lot of stuff for my wife through the years. I last made her a wooden trash can and then made a potato and onion bin to match. I have made benches for the porch too. It's just fun.

My kids like making small wooden projects as well. I'm hoping that as they get older they will keep at it and learn how to use various woodworking tools. It could be a way for them to earn a living or just as a useful hobby for their family and others.
