    Pork ribs in crock pot

I used to love pork ribs in the crock pot but lately they haven't been as good. I prefer them on the grill but sometimes they are tough. What is the best way to cook them so they are tender but tasty?

I cook ours by putting them in the oven on low for about 2 hours (about 200 degrees) and then I put them on the grill to cook them the rest of the way. I find the slow cooker or crock pot makes them soggy.

I toss them on the grill in tin foil and keep flipping them over and over for a couple of hours. The last hour I take them out of the foil and put them on the grill and brush whatever I marinated them in over them.
