Garlic is a potent substance and has some great antibiotic qualities to it, but not everyone likes to eat raw garlic or even cooked garlic. I happen to love it. How about you?

Well, I am not a big fan of garlic and I rarely use it to cook my meals. I read somewhere that garlic may contain some toxic substances. I hear that vegetarians omit garlic from their diet.
Well, I think garlic contains both useful and toxic substances. Some people said that garlic should be considered a medicine and not food. Medicines are taken when needed while food is taken everyday.
I grow my own garlic every year, that's how much I like it.
I like garlic, but I haven't always liked it. I got very sick a couple years ago and I was able to use it, along with a couple other things, to get better. I really believe in the healing properties of garlic now.
My father took a garlic capsule every day of his life and he worked until he was 83 and had very little in the way of illness until just 3 months before he died at 84, so it must have something going for it!
I love garlic! It's in just about every meal I cook. Raw garlic, on the other hand, is a bit too much for me. I didn't realize garlic has antibiotic properties, though.
I also love garlic and I used to pick the wild garlic called Ransoms that grew in the woods where I lived. I believe some people are allergic to garlic though, so be careful.
