Has anyone ever eaten a hedgehog? I haven't and I cannot imagine that I ever would but I just saw a recipe for hedgehog baked in clay alledgedly used by the Romany gypsies. I wonder if it's true?

I suppose most critters have been eaten at one time or another, but that's a new one on me (and I've eaten lots of weird stuff).
