Real or Fake

I just threw out my fake tree last week and over the weekend went with the kids to a tree farm. We had such a fun time picking out our own tree! It is up and you can smell the pine! We are decorating it tonight!

I live in central Florida. We have plenty of evergreens but I've never seen a fir or spruce in the wild. Besides, nice as the scent is, I prefer to avoid cutting down trees.

I did cut ours off our property the day before Thanksgiving. It is tradition to get the house decorated and plug in the lights after coming home from my parents house.
