Beef Hash. Hands down. Just beef, onion and tatters. We're getting a break here, almost 40 degrees!
I love my mom chicken soup which among other things has even wine. We usually make it on really cold days and make sure to make some garlic bread to go with it. It makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
I made good old mince and tatties yesterday. It's one of our staples, easy and quick and it warms you from the inside. It's just minced beef (quorn for me)fried with onions served with mashed potatoes, carrots and green beans and a rich beef gravy.
16 degrees. It's a spaghetti night.
