I am wanting to matte a few frames. I can not find a 10x13 frame anywhere and so I was thinking of matting it. Problem is I have never done it before so don't know what to buy, what size frame I would need, and where to purchase it at?
I do not know how to matte any frames, but do know where to find people and supplies that do. Go to Micheal's or any craft store. I know they do have 10x 13 frames their also, because I just picked some up.
