    Cutting fats

What things do you do to cut fat in food? I would love to cut back and eat healthier, but where do I begin? I don't want to eat bland and tasteless food.

There is no need to eat anything bland and tasteless. I have almost completely cut out red meat. I only eat it once or twice a month. There are plenty of replacements. I eat a lot of fish which is high in protein and Omega 3 without being high fat. I also eat chicken and ground turkey instead of ground beef. Learning how to use herbs and spices is key.

Thanks. I just went to the grocery store and most of my purchases were fish, different types to see what I like and don't like. I am also experimenting with new vegetables and new grains and sprouting some sprouts!

I had to go off dairy for awhile (which cuts a lot of fat) and learned to use a variety of herbs and spices to get some new flavors. Experiment and you will find low-fat ways to make good food.
