We are having a domino party next Sunday. I always try to make a nice soup especially during our Winter get together. I was thinking about making something different like a casserole of sort. Anyone has a good recipe for about 25 people? We have a nice bakery close so we will have tons of fresh baked bread.
I make a beef curry chilli casserole in my slow cooker which could be made in a large casserole dish in the oven. It uses stewing steak, onions, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, brown ale, balsamic vinegar, chilli, curry, soy sauce, salt and pepper plus any other vegetables you have to hand and is delicious!
