1/4 cup green onions finley chopped
1/4 cup bacon crumbled, or shrimp, lobster finley chopped
1/2 cup shreded cheese
table spoon minced garlic
1 or 2 jalapenos seeded and finley chopped (optional) I like em
enough mayo to bind everthing together
Bake on a rack at 350 for about 45 mins give or take
This same stuffing is also great to stuff jalapenos with as well. I personaly think the bacon ones have the best flavor. None of these measurements are exact as I never measure, but this will get you started.
Thanks Ddigger this sounds like a great recipe and I love bacon too. I bet you could use a number of different meats with this stuff.
