I cook a little bit each day. However, I've found that it's a lot stressful on dinner when you cook all of the big things on one day, freeze them, and then just take them out and reheat. For example, lasagna is one of the things I make every week. I will cook it on a Sunday, then freeze it for a dinner. Then, I will cook a little bit for dinner, to add on to the meal.
Do any of you do this too? What are some other ideas for batch cooking?
