    Seafood cocktail

    Seafood Cocktail

    4 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
2 bunches of green onions chopped
4 avocados cut into ï½½ inch cubes
2 cucumbers cut into ï½½ inch cubes
    2 stalks of celery chopped
    ï½¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
    Table spoon crushed garlic
3lbs shrimp cleaned cooked tail off
1 bag of mixed seafood, clams, mussels, octopus, calamari ,etc.
Optional, I had fresh crab, so I cleaned and cracked a Dungeness and added that
Squeeze in a shot of lime juice
Add a bit of sea salt and some seasoned salt just a bit
1, 6 oz can of the Mexican tomato juice
1, 6 oz can of regular tomato sauce
Enough Clamato juice to get it all floating nicely

This makes a big batch, its easy to make more or less, many times I make it only using shrimp.

I've never made anything like that myself, but I'd sure be glad to help you eat it; looks and sounds great. I occasionally fix myself a simple shrimp cocktail, but instead of the usual cocktail sauce, I prefer a 50/50 mix of Kraft horseradish sauce and ketchup.
