Connecting High Tensile Fence To Line Braces

I'm having a bit of a mental block trying to visualize how to connect the fence to a line brace. Let's say I have a 1200 foot section with a line brace in the middle, 600 feet from either end (H-brace style). On a long run like that, I'd be stretching between the end braces and the line brace, right?

Which posts would the fence wires attach to? Assuming I used single H-braces, then there would be 6 posts in this section (not counting line posts). If they were labeled left to right as

    A B------C D------E F

    would I attach A to D and C to F?

    Or, would I attach A to C and D to F?

Hopefully I didn't completely butcher this question. :-)

    A to D F to C
Brace AD and FC then CD....top of A to bottom of D top of F to bottom of C
    Got it?

Re: Connecting High Tensile Fence To Line Braces

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for the advice. In the "diagram" I was trying to show three H-Braces (each letter is a post),
    1) A-B is an end brace,
    2) C-D is a line brace
    3) E-F is an end brace

So A-B and C-D are 600ft apart. C-D and E-F are also 600ft apart. It makes sense to me to stretch wire between posts A and D; and stretch between C and F. I don't understand the part about attaching to the top of one post and the bottom of the other.

The 2 H braces are in the center of the 600 foot fence, they do not share a verticle post. C and D are adjacent
