    Saving for Education

How do you save for your child's education or do you save for it. My parent's never had an education fund for me, so I made sure that was the first thing I did for mine, we have an RESP that is a family plan, we put $60 per child a month, if one decided not to go, another can use it or it can be converted to an RRSP for us.

We have not yet started saving for our child's education. We have a great deal of debt we need to pay down first and then we will hopefully be able to make up for lost time.

We have a fair bit of debt too, but we don't really notice it, it is money that comes in from the government every month that goes in to it. We get something called Child Tax Credit here in Canada.
