Is there a link back to TBN from CBN?

When I type something up in MS Word and then cut and past it into here, the apostrophe and quote characters come out as control codes, like this

Apostrophe: ’ and quotes: “”

I do this all the time on TBN (so MS Word can spell check for me) with no problem.
