Concret counter tops and sinks

Has anyone made a concrete counter top with integral sink. I am thinking of doing this for a bathroom and need advice.

I have never done one but Fine Homebuilding had a pretty good step by step article on them. If you have access to that magazine the article was in issue 125, September 1999.

I've seen a few on TV and I recall that the This Old House magazine had an article on countertops .... I was interested in the concept of concrete (from seeing it on TV) ... but, after reading the review ... changed my mind. I will likely build one out in the back yard this spring when I set up the new grill ... but am no longer interested in an inside one ...
