pole building

I am building a pole structure.
-The poles are 12" dia. at the base.
-The longest pole is 17' at the roof peak.
-The shortest is 12' at the wall.
-The largest paralell distance between poles is 16'.

Now comes the question
I live in northern PA, it can get to -20 sometimes.
The building will sit on cement piers.

How wide?, how deep?
