We would have the septic in earlier. I don't think I will ever use Price Pfister faucets again... we love the way they look, they were relativity cheep but the spray pattern is awful. That's all I can think of for now; given some time, I'm sure more will become apparent.
Believe it or not, those "furniture style legs" on the extended island are actually newel posts cut to the right height and stained to match the cabinets. I you look close enough you might be able to see that they are several shades away from a perfect match. Oh well, I call it "character"
Those clouds brought in way too much rain, over 4.5" in two one hour down pores! Most of the lawn looks OK for now, but there are some areas that took a beating. Time will tell...
I know what you mean about the Price Pfister faucets. I redid one of our bathrooms and the tub spout some how sprays water up on the tile behind it. I think it is probably the water pressure and maybe calcium build up, but it started doing it just a couple weeks after it was installed. Even though, I didn't like the looks of the Delta as well, I would probably use the Delta in the future or maybe Moen.
Those clouds certainly did produce some rain!! Image the kind of winter we would be having if we had these strong cold fronts in December and January.
