    hud-son sawmill

    has anybody used or seen a hud-son oscar 18 in action? looking for sawmill in $2000 range. Looking to build camp and some out buildings on some property. wart

    There are a few with Oscar mills there. You may also want to check out the "Wood Buddy" from Baker as it's about the same price.

    I just purchased a hudson Oscar 28. I went with it instead of the 18 because 18 inches is pretty small. I frabricated my own track and made my own lube system. You just need to make sure the track is level. I'm happy with mine

    hi all I bought a t.a. schmid sawmill in december have sawed just over 3000ft of pine and a 1000ft of maple and oak. very happy with mill will be cutting some cedar soon to use for a camp up north. wart
