I believe that the chemicals effectiveness degrades over a period of time. I even think they put that information on the container. Don't hold me to that though. I think I read it somewhere. Now if those comments aren't giving you some fuzzy information, I don't know what would. It kind of sounds like a politician answering a hard question.
