There has to be something movable to increase/decrease the belt tension so a belt can be replaced.

That is one huge advancement the internet has brought me, owners manuals available for free, online...anytime!
Much nicer than the old call the folks that made/sold an item ( if you can find them ) and order a manual and wait a week or two for it.
