Heavy-Duty Dutch Door Hinges

Hi everyone, I want to build what seems like a larger than normal dutch door to accommodate and ease the coming and going of my blind mare. What I plan on building will most likely be heavy to be able to take a beating so to speak. Can anyone point me in the right direction for dutch door hardware? I'm thinking of something in the 5 to 6 foot wide range (haven't decided yet) possibly out of 2x? with the edges wrapped to prevent chewing. Maybe some sort of a heavy-duty pin hinge that will allow me to take the door off without removing any bolts and nuts if need be?

Lehmans has large strap hinges that might work for you - do a search for the website

With some steel barstock, tubing, and round rod you can weld up hinges to your specifications and include handles if you wish to make pulling the pins easy.

I made a set of 10'x10' dutch doors for my barn. I used a continuous hinge like you would see on a storm door. The doors are used continuously, no pun intended, and work excellent.
