We have started to tear apart our garden and get it ready for the winter. Have you started this? What do you do? We rip up all the plants and toss them in the corner of the garden. We then roto-till the garden.

We took the plants out, but haven't done anything with the soil yet. I'm always sad to see the summer garden go. As for the rest of the fall clean up, I just want the darn grass to stop growing so I can stop mowing. I've had enough of that for one year.
I hate to see the summer garden go too. We also pull everything up and turn over the soil. We also turn it over several times in the spring too to get it ready for planting. We still have a lot of grapes on the grape vines.
