In our area, we didn't have the monetary requirement, we only need to show some income...so we ended up doing Christmas trees...obviously you won't have any income for quite a few years, but...
where are you located?
I have about 6 acres in Christmas trees now, and my father-in-law has probably close to 500 acres in trees spread over several farms in MD and PA.
I can tell you alot...

The plywood blade in the circular saw does not work...well, it works, but not well...it tears the heck out of the blade and is very slow going.

Anyone ever build a deck with either a curve/radius or "S" shape? Is there a min radius before stuff starts to crack/splinter?
